What Happens After You Contact Us.

No sales script. Here is exactly how it goes.

  1. We call you back

    Within one business day. We ask a few questions about the house and the project so we come prepared. If you prefer, we can talk in Turkish.

  2. We visit the house

    We book a time that suits you, including Saturday mornings. For a basement apartment we measure ceiling heights, windows, the entrance, the furnace and ductwork, the electrical panel and the foundation. For other work we look at whatever affects the job.

  3. You get a written quote

    A written quote with the scope of work, what is included and what is not, and the permits the job needs. If something we saw needs more investigation, we tell you what and why.

  4. We schedule and start

    Once you approve the quote, we set the schedule. Where permits are needed, drawings and applications come first. You have one number to call throughout.

Before you call

You do not need drawings or a budget to contact us. It helps if you can tell us:

  • The address, or at least the neighbourhood and city
  • What you want to build or fix
  • For a basement: whether it is unfinished, finished, or already rented
  • Roughly when you would like the work to start
  • Any photos, old drawings or notices from the City, if you have them

If you have received an order or notice about an existing basement unit, mention it on the first call. Those files have deadlines, and we plan the work around them.

Why we quote after a site visit

We do not give prices over the phone. It is a firm policy, and it protects you. The cost of a basement apartment depends on ceiling height, whether the floor needs underpinning, how many egress windows need to be cut, the condition of the foundation and the finish level. None of that shows up in a phone call. After we measure, you get a written number you can plan around.
